To backup data from your phone to computer, you can try some data backup softwares, and I think it can be easier with an android assistant tool, you can save a lot of time to transfer or backup text messages, contacts, photos, and other media files like videos, music files. I can not guarantee this Punksk8er but, i did the same thing with my phone by switching the battery with my mother's and I ended up with the initial programming needed sign. This is how i fixed it...
Go to... >Menu Select the option... >Settings Scroll down to... >Phone Settings Then Select the option... >NAM selections There you will see the options >NAM1 &NAM2
Mine was on NAM2 and i switched it to NAM1. The system restarted and the error "initial Programing needed" went away.
I am no phone expert or anything so I don't really understand how it works but i hope this helps you out dude.
you can try to do *22899 which will sometimes reset it to the last four of your phone number
if this does not work, take it to the verizon store and ask a rep to hook it up to the PST machine and get the code for you, please find a knowledgeable rep to do this
You need to go into the settings and find the ringer settings. There should be an option to choose if you want the phone to ring or if you want it to be heard through the headset only.
Hola!
Espero haber podido ayudarte. Saludos!
the default is always one of these code try them all the last four digits of the phonenumber last programmed in the phone aka your number or 9999,1234,4321,0000,1111 if none of those work you can go the retail store for a flash they hook it to the computer and push software to the phone to correct the issue it takes five mins and its free its a common issue for them to correct if you change your lock code from the default in the future always set up a dummy contact with it in there so that you can easily look it up also please vote for me I'm trying to work my way up to expert level and I cant without your vote please
Is it doing this at home mostley? If so it may sense interference from a cordless phone in your home. Also,if it is away from home,it could be sensing a problem with that channel from a radio,or tv channel,or simething in tat area of devices.Try to set it on a completely different channel, and see how it does.
This phone does not have a SIM card nor holder. Robot Pravash.... is thinking (???) on a different type of phone. I own one, and I know. You can also download the manual, and it will tell you so.
