You will have all that info in the box it came in or you should be able to call your network provider and they will be able to give it to you over the phone. You may have to provide them with some information for security purposes before they will give it to you so if you have an account number then have it handy when calling.

try using the handset without the memory card if still the same perform reset settings in settings.

Back up the data first perform master reset all settings if this does not help reflash the handset.

will its pre installed so you need to uninstall it using a PC, connect your phone to your computer access your phone memory and then delete or uninstall the file if its lock try unlocking it by right cliking the file and go to properties. if the video is save from your memory card then you need to go to options and unlock it and delete it, the second option is connect your memory card to a card reader and delete the video and the files that you dont need.

I suspect that your charger has malfunctioned. You will need to get a new one.

Switch off the mobile for few minutes & then switch on it. If it works its good otherwise try this few more times. It may works.

there is problem with operating system of ur phone. u need to take it for repair to technician.

You can download the latest version of PC Suite which is comaptible with Vista here from Sony Ericsson.

The files can be deleted from the file manager in the menu.
You can also reset the phone from the Menu/Tools/General/Master reset.

To guest to have access to gprs do the following...

1. contact the customer care of your network provider & get the details for activating the gprs and beware of the charges ...
2. the network provider will provide you some KEYWORD which must be sent as an sms to the number which is told by the network provider...
3. may be it will take 24 hrs time to activate it after getting activated then u will recieve the confirmation message that your gprs is activated... then you will receive the web settings just store that into ur handset and then go to web and u can start using gprs ....
in case if you didnt recive the settings then call ur network provider customer care and request it ...

drprem: Try typing #pwd# and then send. It will reset your password to the last 4 digits of your phone number.
Then you can reset your password back to what ever one you can remember.

if the password was locked from your sim then you need to call for customer service, but if the password was locked from your phone all you need to do is connect your phone to your pc usng USB connector (or any that you have) and when your pc detects your phone try refreshing it then if theres a defualt password reset then reset the password if not you need to download a software for that to reset your password

i think thiers a prob in your switch. try opening your phone and try cleaning your keypad boards. maybe it is shorted or get dirty inside...
