This is the common problem of a joystick is need to replaced including the keypad and also clean the board ,so it will works better again.

and ask them to block the mobile so no one can use it

call your operator then ask for it...easy!!!!

first delete all other reminder and then do it. if it dont work then do a Master Reset of ur mobile.

blinks mean what?
it goes on after blinking or remains in the same state.
if remains in the same state then it is possibility of lcd problematic.

check the battery condition. is you phone battery healthy physically.

dear,
unscrew ur phone and use a contact cleaner. spay on it or if u dont have in spray form then put a drop of liquid contact cleaner on the navigation pad and simultaneouly press keys many times one by one. DONT FORGET TO REMOVE LCD FIRST BEFORE DOING THIS b'coz contact clearner can damage it.
after cleaning install it back but very careful for it.

u have to replace the ear piece of ur phone.

dear,
check the backside speaker of ur phone. check it if ur main ear piece is working. means that u can listen a call.
because, music in this set, relates to the back side speaker.

what about ur battery condition. is it health or not. check it first.

no other way try to do master reset and if it dont work you have to flash a newer version of software on your phone
