phone has been flashed new software without a custom pack being uploaded to the phone.

a programme called se tool lite can reset the code to 0000.

with phone switched off, sim card and memory card removed press identify then press and hold 'c' then while holding 'c' plug the usb cable in. the first time it will ask for drivers which you direct it to wherever you extracted the folder to.

Note: some anti viruses detect this as a virus, its a false positive and would be advised to switch off resident shield before you extract file and while you use this programme, it will not hurt your pc in any way as i have been using it for years

call to customer care and tell them..if they say that the signal is fine in your area.. then its your phone fault...

Try to soft reset the phone first. Remove the battery from the phone while it's turned ON. Leave the battery out for 5 minutes, then put it back in and try to turn on the Bluetooth.

If same problem occur, then the problem has something to do with the software. You need to contact the manufacturer and have them to reinstall the firmware of the phone. That should resolve the problem.

there is not enough memory to in your phone memory to load in your mobile. try freeing maximum memory from your phone memory. this worked for me. avoid running too applications in ur mobile.
