1. your phone only can be access with one sim but can not unlock keypad ( if securely locked with password ) .

You have to choose the simple way to remove the password in your , Follow the steps below...

Insert the memory card into the card reader or any mass storage device into your computer

• go to the file <memorycard>:/system then find the file "mmc store".and rename the file to "mmcstore.txt" (Hidden file should be made as shown from tools->Folder option->Show hidden files)
• Now open the file in notepad ,
