Hi, LCD panel of the cellphone is dead. You need to change it..

Basically, if the phone does not power, you need to check the status of your battery and charger,also check if the power switch is bouncing,if does not gets back or bouncing, need a replacement indeed.

* By clicking ON the phone,see if there's a red light blinking beside the camera switch.

There are 2 causes of Red blink.

1st, Red blink may cause battery problem,might be lack of supply or drain due to long term used and can't able to power it up. Try to replace another one for a test before buying a new one, to see if only battery is the problem.

2nd, Phone software might be corrupted or damage, base on my costumers cases, many phone encounter full memory, some of them drop or fell on the ground, mis-handling such as removing the battery immediately with out turning off the power switch because they want to replace another simcard,when try to turn it on,no response on the phone. this can not be fix by updating it on the internet or what ever free software maybe,it will not be detected by the computer if the phone is already dead. Possible to fix this problem with the use of gsm gadget and it is available in any mobile service shop near you.

I think your game app is not runing in your phone.............

just make online upgrade your phone with SonyEricsson Pc Suite.
But first make a backup on your PC because you gone koose all your data.

take the phone to a mobile service station and have them reset the code for you.

Check the file format of the application if it's compatible or not.

If you still got error on installing the applications,try to reset the phone. Go to settings > Master reset and choose if you want to reset only the settings or the entire phone,if ask for a code,the default will be 0000,but if you change the code before,enter your desire code and after that the phone will restart and it will go back to its original settings.

go to ur phone company , and ask to get a mifi h.i.p sims card from them for internet web acess along with networking..

Update the software using PC suite or through GPRS. The first option is better for your problem.

As if your using sony ericsson K800i some mobile phones as this problem as myself also faced the same problem sony ericsson mobile shows this error if you charge your mobile using connector or unsupported charges.You visit your nearest service center of sony ericsson and ask then to give branded sony ercsson charger for your mobile.After taking that charger you will not face this problem any more..your mobile is just perfect as new.Your connector or charger is having some problem with it. Go to nearest store and service the Phone.....

dont worry because it is a common problem with this set as i was facing it too . u just need replace the keypad cover and everything will go fine.

1st, might your mobile is unlock via patch only,a temporary unlock,it means everytime you program or update your mobile,the patch will be lost & this will be lock again,which means its not a permanent unlock...

if you want it permanent,go to any mobile service center and tell them to unlock it permanently.

now if it is permanent,you can update your mobile all you want...

You have to set the MESSAGE CENTRE NUMBER before..
Go to MESSAGE settings and check the message centre number,if its not exist,call your SERVICE
PROVIDER and ask them about the number of message centre then write it on your message centre number of your mobile

If there is a red light and the device is not functional this means that the phone is in need of service.

i would advice you to take your mobile device to a mobile store for service.

While making local calls are you able to hear the people ta the other end properly? If you are able to hear your phone is working completely fine..

It says connected but do you get charged for the call? If not it just says connected but it did not reach them.

Have you tried charging your phone? if this is not the case then your phone is most likely experiencing hardware problems, i highly advice you to take your Mobile to the phone shop and tell them about your issue so that they can resolve the hardware issue.

From your keypad Type #*7337# or try this to hard format *2767*2878# or *2767*3855#
It will ask you to confirm, Press ok & if ask phone code then Default phone lock code for Samsung if it didn't changed before then it is 00000000 (eight zero's)

Note: Remember one things hard reset will deletes all your messages, all contacts, photos, notes etc in the phone memory.Your phone is like a new phone. So better is first save all your data and then format it
