If the navigational stick on your sony ericsson k800i is no longer working, the problem simply is that the link at the bottom of the stick is broken, and is no longer pressing the keypan anymore.
The solution is to have the phone disassembled and replace the joystick.

Hi, One of the reasons why this message appear is the phone does not accept any other simcard because it is lock to a particular service provider,if you want to use any other sim provider prior to you country,the phone needs to be unlock all network provider,and this may possible by bring the phone to any mobile service shops near you for the unlocking service. if everything else LCD running properly (ring, keypad sound, call received) then your LCD got burst. change them your phone will run ok.

if none of above Run and only blank white screen appear it means you need to install a new firmware.
