Its a software complaint..so find your nearest Sony Ericsson service dealer and reinstall the software.

- I switch off my k790 and changed a sim card but could not turn it on. Whonever I press the power on button a red light flashes near the infrared port.The same problem occurred whenever I inserted the data cable and my computer does recognised my phone.-

Its a software problem... Try to see a mobile technician maybe it needs to be reformatted...
