Im not sure if you have resolved this problem yet, but on my phone, if i enter my code wrong 5 times, it states 'Tap next to unlock with security questin or try again in 30 seconds' If you tap next, youll come to a screen with a few options. 1 answer a security question or enter google account details. select one of the two and click next, if applicable. If you click google account details, enter your registered gmail account email and password to that account. if you chose security question, you will be asked a question which only you know. You have registered this information sometime in the past. I hope this helps or atleast you unlocked your phone already. this is software problem caused in all mobiles when u transfer any files from untrusted mobiles,i mean the mobiles that do not have proper antivirus software......
the best solution is to reinstall your cute mobile software to remove the viruses and also you can spped up ur mobile,because they update ur mobile with the latest software...you can do this at the nearest sony ericsson service centre....

The format is .jar (As the phone renders the game on Java Platform), you can download free games from this site, all you have to do is to download the games to your PC, connect the phone to the PC via Data Cable if you are on the PC Suite then just place the games files (.jar, that you have downloaded from the website) in the OTHER folder, and if you are on the mass storage mode, then again you just want to place all the game files in the other folder, when done, remove the cable, and from the phone goto other folder, and you will see all the games there but they are not Installed yet, there will be the option to install there, it will automatically install and will ask you to put that game in Applications or Games folder, as you can also install Applications by following the same steps.

upgrade software

Just update your phone software from your nearest sony ericsson service center or just do the same from the application available in sony ericsson website

press and hold the back button, for four second, minimise the appplication you are running, then open your camera ,, it will start working

You can go to a consumer court, which is quite easy. I had a similar problem for a phone I had bought, C510. Within one week the USB port became faulty. They refused to replace the phone, but when I said I am going to the consumer court to a call center guy that I had talked to, they had called me up from their side and sent the phone in two days. A new phone.

according to sony you phone does not have wifi connectivity, it only has bluetooth, you can transfer files between phone and pc if pc also has bluetooth...
