This code is required to allow a phone locked to a particular network's SIM cards to be used with a SIM card from another network. Orange and T-mobile lock handsets in this way, though O2 and Vodafone are beginning to lock PAYG and WAP handsets. The unlock code varies from individual handset to handset.
Blacklisting:
This is not a security code, but it works like one! please take ut to the place where you bought from or to the nearest nokia dealer. They will unlock the security code after verifying your genuinity and purchase records of your phone. They may even charge a very nominal charge for doing this.

first of all we cheque the diplay connector. Most common problem is loose connection of display connector

I have had the same problem - phone was downgaded then completly was frozen and buttons didn't work.

I reflashed with 1.1.2 then downgraded to 1.1.1 then jailbroke then upgrade to 1.1.2 then jailbroke, now works great!
