Need unlock code
call your service company (i.e. sprint tmobile, altell.) they can provide you with a code or they might be able to get you a whole new phone... tmobile has done both for me….

Need help to activate my tracfone
Hi,
Go to the TracFone website.
Click "Activate Phone, Add Or Buy Airtime" on the right side of the page.
Click "Activate/Reactivate Phone" at the top of the page.
Click the option which applies to you at the top of the page. Click the image of the Motorola C139 at the bottom of the page.
Click "Submit."
Fill in your TracFone online user name and password, then click "Sign In." If you don't have an account, click "Register."
Follow the onscreen instructions for activating your phone. The exact steps will vary depending on your answers in Step 4.

it may be due to network lock, contact service provider if it locked , you can get unlock codes from them
