1.Call the customer care from NOTHER sim of SAME NETWORK and ask for PUK code of your number ,He will tell you and type it in your mob. screen.
2. definitely it gets unlocked.

GPRS settings are depends on mobile service providers. it can different then one or other so please contact your customer care of service provider they will provide you the settings or post here the model number wth service provider name to get manual settings.

PUK code can be given only by your service provider which is specific for each and every mobile number.
Contact your sim customer care department over phone. Its free of cost to get the pin or puk no. If you cant contact through your phone get some other phone and contact them.

Sounds like the problem is already the screen of the phone. Try to eliminate any software issue that might contribute to the problem by restoring the phone to factory default state. if restoring the phone will not fix the issue, then the problem is already the screen:

Factory default state:

1. Turn off your phone then press and hold the Power until you feel your smartphone vibrate or you see the Acer logo screen.
2. Press and hold the Volume up and Volume down buttons.

Hi, the phone has hung up because of the virus in the SOFTWARE and when you have downloaded files from unsafe sites. So try to follow these steps: 1. Remove the memory card from your phone. 2. Scan it for any corrupt files or media files with virus using your PC then remove the viruses or format your memory card if needed. 3. Then try to insert again the card and switch on your phone. 1. Insert sim from the network that it is locked to.
2. Turn on phone
3. On home Screen, Slide up phone
4. Type 2945#*#
5. ENG. Mode menu should appear
6. Go Down to Factory Reset Select it, may take a few minutes to reset!!!!!
7. This will reset the phone back to before the Phone was locked to a network
8. The phone will automaticaly Restart(Note The Network Logo At start up will not change)
9. Now insert Any simcard(Not tested with 3 sims)and the phone should turn on normaly
10. The phone is now unlocked and you can customise the setting as you like.
