you need to call the Customer Care to get the PUK2 code. Only the SIM Card provider can provide you the PUK codes.

When the call will be in progress u have to see on the right handside corner of the screen of ur handset, option of "loudspeaker" will be there OR u go to "options" on the left handside of corner of screen.Press it and loudspeaker will get activated.

The PUK (pin unlock key) code is usually printed on the Back of the SIM pack check it out and if it isn't there then u need to call your carrier and they will give to to you after verification. Make sure not to enter the PUK code your self after 10 incorrect attempts the Sim will be permanently blocked and then u'll need to get a new one!

i work at a cell phone support group called ict, we get this problem all the time with the lg phones. the problem is with the carrier select in the programming. have your phone reprogrammed...you will need to contact your service provider for you lock code, but you can usually get into the programming screen by dialing ##program# or ##data# from the main screen of the phone (you do not need to dial this number or hit ok once putting in the last #, it will automatically pop up if you are doing the right code. again, you will need your lock code from your service provider/carrier. once you have that go into the programming and go to carrier, high lite which ever carrier you are with, hit ok and the phone will shut itself off, turn itself back on and you should be able to send your picture without further problems..

...if it then asks you for a pass, call your service provider, they also need to give that to you and if it says error 256 after that, then call your service provider because the url needs to be changed...

Hi everyone

Every PUK code is unique so nobody can tell you your PUK number, but i will tell you what you can do!
1) If you still have your packet that your Sim Card came in, you should find your PUK number in there, if you don't have the packet, please read bellow.

2) You must get a phone that is on the same network as your phone and call the networks Customer Care and ask them for your PUK number, they will ask you for your phone number, then they will tell you your PUK number. Once you have done this, you will be able to reset your Pin number so you will be able to go into your phone again.
