hello jaminii4 the ear peice may be stuck on your phone. 1 take the battery out of the phone 2clean the contacts on yout phone, next send yourself a txt meddage. if yout still having ptoblems their is a section on yout phone in your in the serrings. It is the default setting for your phone dod mot do the testore phone it will wipe out your phone. thr security code is the last four digits on your number ok hope this helps I’m happy to help further over the phone at

what makes your don't hear anyone is because, the
earpiece located at the top of the phone where you can hear some one
from if bad and is needs to be replaced the earpiece for people to hear
you when
calling.
When you replace the earpiece he can hear people when
they call.

Hi the problem you have is very common with all flip and slide phones, the exact problem is that the ribbon that carries the info from the circuit board to the screen has worn and become damaged.
Inside the ribbon runs thin copper wires and this is how the data gets sent to the screen giving you the picture, now the reason they use this ribbon is due to the fact the screen moves seperate from the main circuit board so the wires have to be moving, this is the problem over time these wires ware and break and this is what gives you the white screen.
the only way to solve this problem is to get the ribbon replaced, now the ribbon is not expensive to buy and you would also have to pay a phone shop to fit this for you as you need special tools to do this.
your cheapest option would be a local phone shop and not one of the big brands go to someone who has their own mobile phone business and this will be the cheapest way and it should be the fastest way to as they dont need to send the phone off to be repaired.

Yes it is possible. This is a very common problem on this model phone. The charging port will have to be replaced, but requires special equipment to replace it (not just a soldering iron). We replace these at the shop I work for for about $40. Check your phone book, or ask around your phone stores and they can tell you someone local that can repair it for you.
