Unlock codes are a code that is created for the Motorola V3 phone and is
unique to its IMEI (serial number) usually one code is supplied, once
it has been entered into the Motorola V3 mobile phone the phone is
unlocked and able to use any simcard. You only need to provide the
IMEI, no software or hardware is required to get your IMEI enter *#06#
into the phones keypad.
The problem with your phone is just flex problem, the flex
on the screen of your phone is weak or worn out, this is a common
problem among slide or flip phone.
What you need to do is to
replace the flex on the screen of your phone, you can get this done by
going to any local phone repairer within your vicinity to help get it
fix or replace.
Once the flex is replace, your phone display
problem is solve and the screen will start displaying.
To hand program the Motorola V3m Razr make sure you are at the main screen and type the following fairly quickly. #073887* then a new screen will come up asking for a security code. Most of the time it will be 000000 but if it is not you will have to get it from your provider(Alltel, Verizon, Sprint, Cricket....etc..) Then from there choose User Activation and then you will have 4 settings MDN..... MIN...... SID...... IMSI......
Your MDN is always going to be your current phone number. Your MIN will sometimes be your phone number but not always. So while you are talking to your Wireless rep be sure to ask them for your MIN and SID Your SID will be provided by your Wireless Rep. Do not modify your IMSI After you have entered these settings just press Done and then the End Call button to return to the main screen. Your phone will not powercycle and you can resume using the auto updated by dialing *2 for sprint or *228 for most other providers.
I downloaded a driver at one point from a company called Mobile Action for this same purpose. As I recall it cost $30 but it kind of worked..after mucking about with it for a while.
It is very easy. You need to connect the PC and the phone using the data cable provided to you when you bought the mobile. A new driver will appear in the computer. When you click the driver your mobile folders will open. you can just copy paste from or to the mobile and PC.
Need to complete charging time and avoid using the phone while charging. When prompted with 'battery full', unplug the charger from the phone and reconnect until another battery full is prompted. If problem persists, bring phone to your service center or trusted technician to have the the it checked.

and if by mistake u had forgotten the password then take it to customer care centre of motorola.
v#1 Insert your ( memory card , flash disk , cellphone , .... ) into your computer. #2 Open up 'My Computer'. You should see it under the list of available drives. #3 Check its contents first to make sure that you have the right drive. #4 In 'My Computer', right-click on the drive and choose 'Format'. #5 Leave all the options as they are and click on 'Start'. This is a non-reversible process so make sure this is what you truly wanted to do in the first place. #6 Once the process is completed, take the memory card out and insert it into your Digital Camera or any other device. Try to browse to it to make sure it works fine now.
