Turn off your phone and do not try to charge it. Take it to a nearest sony ericsson service centre.

Wash it out with cold water. kidding!

Clean the face of the SIM and the connectors on the phone. There is nothing wrong with the phone.

This sound like you need the APN settings sent to your phone.

You will need to phone your network provider (probably free from your phone)

Tell them you have no internet access and ask them to send you the APN settings

This will come via text and you just click install, they may give you a pin number to input when you install settings, if you need this they will tell you and explain when to put it in.

If you have the right APN settings and it still does not work you need to set the Mobile web settings in your phone as your default access point this wil be done in settings and connections

1) If you still have a warranty then give your phone to an SC
2) Try making "Master Reset" (preferences->settings->master reset)
3) Flash your firmware using SeTool2

You cannot save images to your SIM card. You SIM card can only save contacts and only a certain amount, it's real purpose is to allow you to connect to the network, not store images.

Answer: yes you can unlock your phone to be used so that you can use it on any other network. you can also get the unlock codes for free by calling your carrier the the phone is locked to and ask for the unlock code.

note:do to software issues some phones are not compatible with other carriers. example: alot of the sprint/nextel phones wont work on t-mobil network.

The best thing to do would be call the phone carrier that your thinking about switching to, and ask if that phone is compatible with their network. that way your 100% for sure.

I had the w880i phone with the same problem, do a Master reset and chose (reset all) it worked for me...

Go to where you bought if from and ask them about the specific piece and if it CAN be replaced.After that you might want to find out if its worth it to replace it or if it costs to much in your opinion.Usually there is also a number on the box you bought that will direct you to the makers of the item.You can ask them if they have any more in stock and tell them that yours was fualty,and they will probably send you one.Unless you have had that one for more than a year,then they can say its from wear and tear and you will have to buy one.Hope it helped.

it may be the software problem you need to reinstall the software so you need to contact the nearest sonyEricsson service center

You don't need to worry at all, as I'v got a 100% working solution, but the success depends upon the way you follow the procedure.

call your mobile service customer care number and ask your puk code from them...they will ask yourr last 4digit sim card number...give that number to them...they will give puk code ...use that code and continue your operation

update ur firmware

Sir, if you are not getting it then you can get it in the manual. If you don't have the manual, contact the phone company. They will unlock it. If you have forgot it, then enter lock code instead.
