there is a software as SEtool2lite.
u may found it by searching it on google.
after opening this progrm, click on repair/unlock.
switch off ur phone.
hold c button and insert the cable.
after sometime many information about ur fone will come there.
ur phone unlocking code will also be there.

there may be a fault with your phone better master reset the phone and try to save

It seems like the software has become corrupt on your phone. A master reset should solve this issue.

Try taking out the battery overnight and replace and try to turn on. If this doesn't help, then try updating your phone's firmware.
