when i turn my phone on, the screen is upside down and the menu buttons dont come up. basically the screen stays the same as when it is swivelled down as when i swivel it up. when i try to text (upside down).. some of the keys dont work. can anyone help?
1. please do restora factory settings, the default code is 12345. 2. if u r unable to do that then go to nokia care and flash ur handset.

My Nokia 7373 started by just restarting itself when i was searching menu or typing text.... now its turning itself off everytime its touched. Any ideas?

I got my 7373 brand new but when i tried to put in the default security code it said code error. I havent changed the code myself, and was wondering is there anything i can do to find out the code or reset it.
I called the orange helpline and they said to call the nokia careline, which i havent done yet. I've also tried the code *#2640# but that doesnt work, and i've also tried to reset the factory setting but to do that i need the security code!!! Please help! Thank you.

my memory card does not allow me to open files or use data. iv had my phone a while and has only started playing up. when i go to menu - gallery - memory card; it say ''not formatted - operation failed'' tryed finding a way to format by - taking out battery when phone is on, reseting my whole phone but still nothing. can any one who had the same problem and solved it help plz??!!

How to format nokia 7373
Hello
What you really need to do is to reset your phone.these are the procedures you would take.
1. Switch-off your phone, Press and hold 3 keys; Green dial key, * Star key, no. 3 key on keypad and then press the power on/off to switch on the phone.
2. Please, do not let go the 3 press and hold keys until you see a formatting word show on your screen.
3. After a few minutes when the Full phone formatting completed, your phone will go back to the original system and factory settings.
