Hi my friend,

Try to format it in a PC using a software for it.
You can use the software which you can download clicking here.

Then do followings:

- Plug your memory card in the PC.
- Run the "HPUSBFW_2.2.3_MASTER.exe" file that you downloaded.
- Select device as your memory card.
- Select file system as FAT32,
- Write a volume label.
- Confirm that the quick format option unchecked. (And also the other options will be unchecked.)
- Click start button to format.

Just goto Menu -> tools -> memory
1. select Memory Icon.
2. Press Options
3. Select Format Memory card
4. Thats all.. your memory card will be formatted and ready to use.

call the customer service of your service provider ( AT&T,Vodafone,Verizon etc)....they will set up message center number on your phone , the one that you have might be incorrect...your mobile operator will send you sim updates that will refresh the settings ....and then you will get the text message options

• If u don't know your IMEI no, then see your warranty card, it 'll mention there
• If u have'nt card then on your back side of the set beneath the battery place (where u put your battery) is written the IMEI no of your cell
• Or after turn on cell write *#92702689# it will show the seriol no of your cell which is your IMEI no
