Did your Nokia N70 is locked with your carrier ? If so, use unlock code to unlock it . You can get it from any of the online vendors like WickedUnlock.com to unlock it .

Please call the Bsnl Customer care of your area (bsnl circle). Tell them your problem and they'll promptly give you the puk code. There's no other way that you can get or obtain it. You should also understand that multiple random/invalid entries will block or reject your sim card permanently. So, before you face any untoward circumstances, contact the bsnl customer care. They'll ask you few questions about the sim card information like sim card owner's name, sim card number (not the mobile number) etc.. and will give you the instructions on how to unlock it and how to disable it from the Settings.
