the problem should be from the screen and its also turning off maybe because the battery is weak. You need to take the phone to a repairer to rectify this problem.

As for the data on the phone, you can simply get a phone cable for your nokia model, install a Nokia PC suite on your system, and once this is done, you can access the phone data through the Nokia PC suite from your PC.
