It is possible that the SIM contacts are out of the contact area, if so clean and push up the contact to touch the SIM contacts, clean the SIM and set back after rechecking the contact. If not checkif the pins have come off or is loose on the mother board.Solder if you can using the right iron.

to format the phone1. turn off the phone2. remove the sim and mem card3. Press and hold '*', '3' and 'dial key' (all three at once)4. Turn on the phone while holding three keys (you have to use both hands)this will format the phone.if it didn't work try again. 100% sure it will work. i'm also have 6630

HI If you are asking for pin contact your service provider , he will give you a default pin . If you try pin more than few predefined no of times your phone will ask PUK code which can also be given only by your service provider(VODAFONE) which is specific for each and every mobile number . Donot try PUK code many times or else your sim will be blocked and you will need a new sim.
Contact your sim customer care(VODAFONE) department over phone. Its free of cost to get the pin or puk no.

hi,
your phone software crashes or corrupted. we can do nothing about it unless we have a special gadget used to fix mobile phones and buying it cost so much for that purpose only.
To save time and money, I recommend to have it reformat at your nearest service center or dealer if it still has the warranty or to trusted mobile phone repair shop instead buying these gadget and do it yourself..
