I assume you are using a pre paid sim card. It would be better to call the customer care of your service provider(voda phone) and then you have to apply for their gprs tariffs.

there are many ways to unlock a phone. you can unlock it using software or hardware or through codes. if you ask me the codes are the best way to unlock it. unlocking through codes is the best and simple way to unlock any phone. i got my phone unlocked through this method only. you can get the codes either from your service provider or from any other online service providers. getting codes from your service provider can be got only if your phone within your contract period.. i got the codes from a third party

Nokia 6681 camera is not
It is possible that the phone has hung up because there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Copy only valid files to the card and do a scan before it is replaced. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone boots with the camera not responding then it is confirmed that the camera or the motherboard has errors.
Seeking help from the authorized service /support centre is most ideal. Take estimate and decide.
