hi..there may be a problem with your mobile phone micro-sd slot
or their might be a problem with ur micro-sd card. u can also do
one thing just take the micro-sd card and clean the pins of micro-sd
card with spirit,aftershave lotion, isopropyl or body spray. just take
the above mention chemical in a soft cotton cloth and then try to
clean the pin of sd card by rubbing the cloth on it.

Your mobile's software has been corrupt. you need to flash repairing your software. goto your mobile's service center or at any software repairing shop and ask them for software repairing.

Since your phone is locked, it means you need to unlock the phone to be able to use it again. It is certain that you cannot unlock this phone for free, anywhere or on any site.

Though there are some Samsung phones that can be unlock for free, but unfortunately, yours cannot be unlocked for free because it is a new model phone.

you can insert the memory card correctly and check it. then also it will not work then you can switch off the phone then inseart the card and then switch on, it will work
