WD1200B015 not working after falling from desk. How do i fix it?

HDD specifications are usually only up to ONE G, where "G" is 1x the force of gravity. By dropping it, you hit that "One G" mark and the HDD is now officially "toast". If there are truly important files on that dead HDD, you can send it away for forensic recovery, but that can be incredibly expensive. Wish I had better news, sorry. Purchase a SOLID-STATE Drive (SSD) to replace it. The specifications on those can be something like 5x G's or more.

Problem with Western Digital 1.0TB WD10EALX hard drive.

Having looked at the dock, if it's not appearing in the windows disk management I'm afraid you'll have to try another i/o method to test whether the drive is ok. The easiest option is to find someone with a computer which has a spare sata slot and partition it with that (assuming it sees it) or try a different device like a sata to usb converter. Alternatively you could make a linux or other bootable usb stick with formatting/partitioning utility and put the drive in your laptop, boot from the stick and partition it that way. I don't think there are any user settings in the dock you have and no jumpers on the drive so you're scuppered. Let us know how you get on? Of course having partitioned it it might just not be compatible with your dock, although Just one more thing if you haven't, try connecting the power to the dock before you plug it into the laptop and try each of your usb ports

Chkdsk error

Check disk is looking for bad sectors and will attempt to fix them. If check disk cannot Finnish this may be indicating the hard drive is failing. I recommend to replace it before all data is lost.
