Use the drop down menus to select your OS (correctly identify your OS for the 32-bit or 64-bit version). Make sure that the USB cable is not connected and install any generic or previous driver that may have been installed before installing the Lexmark driver. CONTACT LEXMARK OR LOOK AT THIER AVAILABLE DOWNLOADS ON THIER WEB SITE. ALSO TRY A RESET. UNPLUG THE COMUNICATION CABLE FROM THE PRINTER TO THE COMPUTER AND UNPLUG THE THE PRINTER FOR AT LEAST 30 SECONDS THEN PLUG THE COM CABLE BACK UP AND THEN THE POWER CORD. IT MAY JUST NEED RESET.
