Hello,
U052 means there is a printhead problem, either the printhead is incorrect, is not seated properly, or has become damaged.
Please take these steps to reseat the printhead,
Reseating the MP600 print head.
Unplug the printer sharply from the power outlet while it is still on. While the printer is off, press and hold the power button for 1 minute
Finally, while holding down the stop/cancel button (or just the power button if you don't have those), plug the printer back in, and power on the printer if it doesn't do so automatically.
Then try to do a printhead alignment,

However, if you'd done all of the above except for purchasing a new printhead part, something it is usually cheaper to get a new printer, as the work needed to replace parts, and the part itself costs more or almost as much as a new printer. Printers are usually "throw-away" devices, the companies make them too cheap and they normally don't earn on the printer itself, but rather by selling print cartridges and special paper.
If you prefer to purchase a new printhead, you can get one here:

Hope this helps
