this is the problem usually caused by virus and sometimes it might be software failure also, which causes some of the menu not tofunction,the only solution is to flash ur phone software from the nearest imate serice centre,it also updates your mobile software which increases the mobile speed.... also the problem can be with the battery,because of the defective charger used.use the charger provided for your mobile model alone because even though the charger is same for all the models,the battery model,amps differ according to the model...

are you try to sync the contacts from the pc, if so you have to

1. after you sync the katana contact to the pc you need to
   
2. upload them to windows address book
3. connect blackberry to pc
   
4. open desktop manager for blackberry
5. then click the sync option
6. then sync using address book
   

you can take it to any sprint store and they will give u the code to erase it

Hi all you need to do is go and buy a lead that will let you plug the phone into your computer, you can buy these leads from most phone shops and they cost next to nothing, then you can plug it into the usb port on your computer and you can then get everything off your phone such as contacts, pictures, messages etc.

you may need to download the software for the sanyo phone but if you go to google and type in free phone software for sanyo, then search it will then list load of site that will let you download the latest phone software for your phone, doing this will allow you to backup everything on your phone such as music, ring tones etc

you could also look on the well known auction site for the lead you should get one for next to nothing off their, once you have this lead connect the phone to your computer and you can then access everything on your phone without your phone being switched on.

Some devices require you to set the device for recieving data. In the Bluetooth, menu there should be an option to "Receive File" or photo.

the only way you can use the keyboard is to repair it. Since the keyboard of the phone is not working, you just have to fix it, in order to use the keyboard.

There are two reasons that could make your phone keyboard not to work: 1.) it either the internal key bad is faulty and needs to be replaced or 2.) it could be the keyboard IC problem which will also require the IC be changed.

Whatsoever that is wrong with the keyboard, I don't think its something you can fix yourself. You will be needing the help of a local repair.

So if the contacts on the phone are so important that you would not like to loose, then you will be spending more money to fix the keyboard. I hope you understand this. But if you can do away with the contacts, then I would advice the you leave the contacts because from look of things, you will be spending more money to fix the keyboard. I'm not trying to discourage you as you can fix the phone keyboard if the contacts are worth it.

only chip problem. when you open or close the phone, you will some different. if yes then it mean chip problem or screen problem. so you should buy new screen or buy new chip.
