sir you install the samsung pc suit to the computer.then you can find the mp3 player driver in the computer................

Try resetting the device it?s usually a small pinhole on the back or side of the device try holding that in for about 10 seconds

Maybe the device got virus and need to be formatted

am understanding that u hv converted the flv video into the same format as of ur mp3 player have. btbt note that u should match the screen resolution of ur mp3 player with the converted video. just check the screen resolution property of both the videos.

for that u need a converter software, that is "total video converter" which compress and convert aal ur dvd data according ur mp3 payer.
as the mp3 player dosent directly supports the dvd.

the player may not support all video formats. You will have to convert video to some format that the player supports. you can get video converter by searching in google.
