I have a motorola blue
Ok, I'll give you a default procedure to put a blueetooth headset in pairing mode: starting with it turned off, press and hold the call button as if you were turning it on, but keep pressing the button until the indicator light is either steadily lit, or flashing rapidly, sometime in more than one color. This is usually achieved by holding the button down for some 6 to 10 seconds. Then, make your phone's blueetooth application search for new devices. After a while, your headset should appear on-screen. Make the application connect to it. If a pairing code (or passkey, or PIN), is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros). If the pairing process is successful, your headset's indicator light should flash some times, and enter the stand-by mode (normally flashing every couple of seconds). Your phone should also indicate that a headset is connected. However if the pairing process fails, after a couple of minutes your headset will quit the pairing mode, Turn it off, by pressing the button until the light goes off, and start the whole process again, firstly trying '0000' one more time, then changing it either by '1234' or '8888',
Hope you are able to sort your problems out soon, but, please, let me know if you further assistance.
Regards,
Carlos
