I am trying to pair
Bluetooth headsets have their passkey (or PIN or pairing code) hardcoded by their manufacturers. The most commonly chosen codes by them is '0000' (four zeros), which happens to be your case. Anyway, feel free to download your headset's Quick Start Guide from
this location, where you will find more detailed informations about the pairing process.
Hope you are able to sort your problems out soon.
Regards,
Carlos

I have a Sony Ericsson
Below is a link to the PDF Manual.
Its a little confusing but it would appear from Pages 13/14 you need to press the call handling button for 5 Seconds until the indicator light flashes Red/Green. Although it doesn't explain it very well I believe this is then in Pairing Mode and your phone should now find it and enable you to enter the passkey.

I have a t-mobile motorola
Welcome to FixYa!
After you paired with the device,
search for the device again and connect again.
It's the normal procedure for most mobile phones with bluetooth functionality.
TIP: To add a quick switch, touch and hold a blank spot on your home screen, then touch Motorola
widgets > Bluetooth toggle.
Thank you for using FixYa.
Keep me posted.

I am having motorola handsfree
Is it still possible to return it? This is traditionally not a fixable issue. it would cost as much to fix as to purchase a new one. Sorry

Motorola Bluetooth® Headset H555
This will vary depending on the model of your phone. First off, you need to ensure that you are using a bluetooth
enabled phone.
On your bluetooth headset, hold down the power button down until the power light stays lit. This
may take 5 seconds or more. Now your bluetooth is in pairing mode.
You will need to enter the settings and tools menu. From
within that menu, you need to find either "connections" or "bluetooth"
and select. Make sure bluetooth is enabled. There will be an option to
add a new device.
Back
to the phone, you want to hit "add new device". On certain models of
phone you additionally have to select "search for devices". Your phone
will recognize any headsets in pairing mode. When it is finished scanning, allow the phone to add your headset. It will ask you for the device pin code. This pin code will be 0000.

I have an LG Keybo phone and am trying to pair it
You will need the same version of bluetooth and the headset. Version 2.1 is backwards compatible with version 1.2. That being said, your phone will need to have the higher version of bluetooth technology. So therefore your headset will not work with this phone.
