It looks like you may have WMP 11 installed. You must try rolling back to WMP 10 to try and solve your problem. Follow, very carefully, the instructions

GoGear Aria reset stuck in, will not turn on.
Have you reset the player? Reset the player by holding the off-switch and the
volume-+ (plus) switch.
If this doesn't help try this: Connect your player to the pc that has the Philips device manager
running, then reset the player by holding the off-switch and the
volume-+ (plus) switch. As soon as the player shuts off, press and
hold the volume- - (minus) switch. The Philips device manager will
recognize the player now, and recommend a repair, let it do so.
I don't know how to download music into the GoGear VIBE mp3 playe
Usually most mp3 players work as a flash drive when you plug them into your computer. Some won't let you transfer or play while charging, but this one looks like it gives you an option to.
Open Windows Explorer (to see the drives, folders and files) and plug your mp3 player in. Select Charge and transfer. A new Removable Device should appear in Explorer with a drive letter assigned to it. It could be F:, G:, H:, etc... Just copy your mp3s onto that drive.
When you are finished, clock Safely Remove Hardware in the bottom right corner of your screen and select the mp3 player device and stop it. A message will appear saying that it is safe to remove this device. Then unplug it and enjoy!

try deleting songs? thats the ONLY way to open up some space on your mp3 player. if u want more memory think about buying a new mp3 player. apple ipods are the way to go. a little more expensive but worth it.
MY PHILIPS GOGEAR STARTS UP AND FREEZES AND JUST
I found this on page 55 of my owner's manual.
My GoGear MP3 Player was frozen, wasn't being
recognized by my computer and this worked for me.
Follow these steps exactly:
1 Reset your player first by inserting a pin or sharp
object into the reset hole at the back of the player.
2 Launch Philips Device Manager from Start > Programs >
Philips Device Manager. Select the Repair Tab.
3 While pressing the Vol + on your device, connect it
to the PC.
4 Confirm Yes when you see the screen , you can release
the Vol + now.
5 Choose your device name (SA60xx) in the box.
6 After the repair completes , click OK and continue using
your player as usual.
Can I just listen to the music on my GoAria
mabye if u have a email make a new folder on ur home pc named songs and put all the songs in their.
next put the email in a email message, now make a new email unless u have a work one. send it and at work just take the folder out and listen! then after make sure u save the folder and songs, mabye put
the folder in another folder.ohh btw use windows media player to sync music, its easy just plug the device in and then put the songs under the device name, then sync and done. takes under 10 sec. for me! GOOD LUCK!

The songs you put on your MP3 player must be in the MP3 format or they won't play.....
I can't get music to down load
you got to give me some more detail what type of mp3 or ipod are you using.Did it come with any Software. What Promgram are you using to download songs from. Things like that can really help me answer your question
