there should be a small pinhole on the front of the drive.

insert the end of a paper-clip straight into the hole, you should feel a little resistance. push in a bit until the drive bay cracks open. use your fingers to pry it the rest of the way open.

You could pay a technician $40 to $60 to "trouble-shoot", and maybe it still won't work.
Or, you could replace it for $40.

hi friend, you should buy a DVD lance cleaner DVD. which is avilable in your electronic market. use it.bcoz, your dvd lance have dust on it.

if, it again give you same error then, goto your nearest service center.
