Maybe, It doesn't work because the driver/application you installed is for other versions of operating system. I am also using windows 7 like you so don't you worry, You can still use your old installer/driver from other versions of operating systems. Just remember that before installing any program in a windows 7 Operating System Computer, Use "troubleshoot compatibility". Right Click the Icon of your program installer/application first, then choose "troubleshoot compatibility". This will allow you to choose on what type operating system your program will run. Just reply back if it still doesn't work.:D rate and vote for me:))

its simple,

press the key combination Alt+Ctrl+Delete

task manager will come (or you have to select Task Manager)
in it go to the tab named Processes, find one with the name Magnify.exe then right click on it and select End Process.

Try changing battery.Remove any objects that cause interference to the bluetooth signal.

Uninstall keyboard drivers, restart, install drivers.
If problem persists, replace keyboard.

Try cleaning the space inbetween the keys by blowin air.
If under warranty, claim it.
If not, replace keyboard.

Chances are that the keyboard is too far away from the receiver. This will wear the batteries down very fast. Optimal distance is less then 3 feet away unobstructed. try this and you shouldn't have many problems anymore.

You will need the Driver installation Disk for the wireless Keyboard and start the auto run from the CD. According to your operating system install the proper drivers from the Disk.

i just bought one-doesn't come with a manual, just a cd.

Make sure it is physically clean ... then go to the control panel ... find the driver and open the software. There you will find the settings to change its behavior.

To take a printscreen, use these steps:

1) Press the "Printscreen" button on the keyboard.

2) The open "Paint" program (or any other image editing program on your computer). To open Paint, click on "Start" button, then "All Programs"> "Accessories"> Paint.

3) Open a new file in the Paint window by clicking on File then select New

4) Then paste the image by pressing CTRL and V keys together.

5) To save the image, click on File> Save.

Do you have the mouse driver installed that came on the CD? Without the correct driver, all of the functions may not work correctly.

If you go into the mouse properties in the Control Panel, you can select the function for the right button. See what the function is currently set for and try to change it and see if anything happens.

See there is a key between Alt & Ctrl on right side down line, which looks like Cursor on a list. Just press that button to use instead of mouse right button.

change the mouse battery and there is a button named connect on mouse keep pressing the connect button for 3-4 minuts and keep mouse near wireless device which is connected to the computer in USB port then restart your computer and mouse will work fine.

Have you tried updating the unit driver?

Manufacturers usually releases update drivers for their products and it goes inline with customer complaints.

Uninstall the product driver and all associated program; restart the system; then reinstall the keyboard again.

After the installation, restart the system before use and see what happens again.

if you are using it with a laptop, they have issues where the USB port can not power the reciever. If that is the case, i would recommend a powered USB hub. Otherwise, completely remove all of the software, take out all of the batteries, reboot the PC, install the software again and repair the devices.
