Hi,
Black dots/spots on an LCD panel display indicates either a dead pixel or a stuck pixel. Alternately, if you press lightly on the black spots and they go bigger/darker, then in some instances, it could be that the frame holding the display has been slightly warped when too strong a pressure was applied when it was being cleaned. Should this be the case then corrective measure would be to disassemble and flatten whatever area was dented. Some have reported success with the use of a suction cup. Perhaps

If the unit is still under warranty, please try discussing your concern with your dealer. Though a few small spots are an acceptable norm. Alternately and if the warranty has lapsed, there are companies online that offer LCD replacement kits or will replace/fix your LCD and it would cost you less than the cost of a new screen or TV.
Other than the above, am afraid that your options are rather limited.
