May not be the correct alignment. Each company has its own directions and azimuth.. So what I suggest is calling the Company, and getting the azimuth which is degree and also get the tilt or angle. If you have a compass this will help once you get this information. If not sometimes you can have 1 person inside with the tv on andon person outside trying to click it in one notch at a time.. check the antenna cable it can be shorted, plug the cable in the correct input; and try again

hi you should replace or repair your power supply board; when you hear this kind of sound there is some chimical capacitor damadged on the power supply unit, i hope that help;

The master password/code for this receiver is: 1668 or 1010

I don't think a TV or VCR will solve that problem, sorry.

Here is a suggestion! Try SKEWING the LNB around a few degrees. Looking at the front of the dish, turn your LNB to the LEFT slightly (that is anti-clockwise).

Sometimes it's the little things that matter most where installation is concerned. It is also possible that due to the weight of the new LNB, the alignment may be out.

contact u service provider they will provide u with the settings u need .it will be LNB and frequency settings
