Oven showing door close error with _ _ M
there are little switches inside that the door hits when you close it. open both side panels then open and close the door. you'll see them in the upper left. there primary, secondary, and monitor. PSM. they either broke or something need adjusted. easy and cheap fix. you could take the leads off and jump them until you get switches. but they are a safety feature so do at your own risk.

Turbo chef tornado f3 smoke and bad smell
James 938 hit the nail on the head. These ovens are very good and tend to be maintenance free, however, when it does have a problem, it is an unusual one. Good luck and let us know how it does.

Why is the oven bell not ringing when it reaches the set temperature.
If the temperature reached at it operating temperature and oven display doesn't showing how much time left for ready screen then most probably its IO board gone.
I have seen many cases like this, and replacing IO Board fixed the problem.
Please rate my work
Thanks

Turbochef Tornado EC cooling fan ALWAYS runs at full speed
What jim said is right. plus clean the front vent. take off bottom front panel and clean all the little round holes. also if its dirty inside everything runs hotter(which makes the EC get warm faster) and dirt gets on the little wire(it's about 4" long coming from the main 40 pin connector0 that monitors the EC temp(clean it). sometimes the fan starts to get weak and doesn't cool properly. also, unplug oven, take side panel off and clean it as well. there are vents on it that get clogged. while it's unplugged clean the inside. I use a paint brush and shop van. just be careful not to hit wires or knock wires off. this will all help a bit but that fan will still run a lot anyway.
