This site has the X64 Vista driver. I know you need W7, but you should be able to install in Vista compatibility mode.

Here are some troubleshooting steps that you can do so you can isolate whether the problem is with the router , the modem or your pc. 1. Disable / enable the wireless connectivity in your laptop.2. Restart the laptop. Then check if it is working. If not, go to the next step.3. Restart your modem and router by unplugging the power cord on the back of the devices. Wait for the devices to load, then check if it is working. If not, proceed to the next step.4. Try connecting your laptop to the modem directly by using an ethernet cable. If it did work, the problem is with the router. Its best to call the manufacturer of your wireless router if that's the case. 5. If step 5 still didnt work when you already connected your laptop directly to the modem, the problem is with the modem itself. It should be a wireless adapter that you plug into a USB port. It's only needed if your computer doesn't have built-in wireless capabilities. If you plug it in and your system asks for a driver it should be on the CD that came with the unit.
