unplug the machine
On top of the machine is the console there should be one screw on the left and and and one on the right side(at back sometime front where console appears to set on top of main cabinet) remove them... Then you should be able fold the bottom of the console up and back out of the way. There should be 2 brass clips on left and right stick a flat screwdriver in the front slot to release clips. Disconnect wires for lid switch. Tilt cabinet forward and remove....

Sounds like hole in hose, you can buy replacement hose ...£ 10.. approx,

FLUSH/CLEAN TANK AND HOSE WHICH IS CONNECTING TANK AND PRESSURE SWITCH MAKE SURE THE P.SWITCH IS WORKING PROPERLY.

Plug off the mains. Drain off the water by lowering the drain hose behind the machine into bucket or low level drain. Could be a panel in front of machine. Screws maybe underneath panel.
You will see the pump assembly right in the center with big black hoses.

You need a pair of pliers and a shop-vac if you have one, or towels and a bucket. Use the pliers to unscrew the pump filter, it is white in colour. When you unscrew this water will start to leak out; use towels or shop-vac to mop up. Do this till all water is mopped. Remove the drain trap completely, you will find much junk; clean out completely and refit carefully, in reverse order.

From the filter the hose goes to your pump, check this out you may find something blocking the impeller, remove any foreign matter. Refit everything in carefully.

hello you can buy washing machine taps that screw on to the main water pipe. what to do is turn your water supply off at the stopcock and get the your new tap and clamp it on to the water pipe and tighten it up.it will make a hole into the pipe and to the same with the other 1 when your done turn water supply on make sure you have no leaks good luck

You must examine your machine hose to see if it is blocked. Clean out the fine nets in the hose as well as at the machine entry (inlet water entry). Clean well with a tooth brush, refit carefully. Water should be in good pressure for machine operation.

the machine will not spin for you if you try to do a small load , you will only get UNB , this is why you have no Half load, hope this helps

Its time you found out where your filter is to clean out thoroughly

There is an exit hose behind the machine. This hose should be approx 3 feet above ground level, you may find a water mark behind the machine; then it goes down into the sink or standpipe in the wall. This hose holds the water, your pump pumps it over the height as & when required; the hose is never let loose at floor level.

Its tube can be dropped into a sink. I dont recommend a bucket--while its not a high water consumer, it would need like a 5 gal bucket. I have my hose connected to a dishwasher drain (Y connector) on the kitchen sink (unit also fits in the hole left by the removed dishwasher). 

try unplug the washer an waiting 5 min it should unlock if , if ti does onlock you made need call a appliance servce tech
