No manufacturer in business. No support. Any repair would cost more that the brand new value of the device. You might try to find it on eBay but ai saw only one there and it had finizio written across its image. You will not find a service manual. Had the same issue. The biggest task was figuring out how to take the TV apart. Two screws at the top, three each on the tires which I gently pried off with a flat screwdriver using the center of the wheel to pry from, two screws that were hidden under the tires and the two screws at the video plugs at the back. Next remove the circuit board by removing the 4 screws. BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL AS HIGH VOLTAGE IS STILL PRESENT WITHOUT BEING PLUGGED IN!. If you do this carefully you wont have to unplug all the plugs. If you do have to remove them mark each one with a colored marker marking the board and the plug. This helps when you have to plug everything back in. Now looking under the back of the board the tall black high Voltage transformer that has the red wire going to the TV tube has really poor solder connections. I found three cracked. I re-soldered all ten of the pins. Plugged everything back in and now it works.

Philips Magnavox makes the remote. Not sure about the model #, but you can get to the audio/video or DVD by scrolling through using the channel buttons on the unit itself. I have also been successful with a universal remote with the exception the channel up and down would not fuction correctly, but direct entry did, as well as the source select. Hope this helps.

Just about any universal remote will work as long as it has the auto program option any rca X in 1 (X=3-4-5+) will work I use an Rca 4 in 1 for an unbranded crt I use as a security tv, so it should work for yours as well

you have to take off the tires to get to the screws the lugnuts r on by clips then you can get the back off

I went to the Little Leaps website and went into customer support and viewed a link that provided additional codes. I have the Emerson dvd player with video cassette recorder EWD2203 and the code 027 which was listed in the additional codes at Little Leaps website worked for me.
Here is that list of additional codes from the Little Leaps website:
018,030,035,005,150,151,043,058,011,147,148,016,004,002,144,007,009,146,013,020,027,133,042,129, and 149.
These codes were listed to try with any players.

Try this hold button 5 sec longer. If not DVD may be jammed in player. Some players have a release pin hole near the DVD draw. You will need a long wood/plastic pin to trigger it. Do not use metal pins. (shock)...

I have xfinity Comcast cable connected to my Disney's CARS TV/DVD combo. I did not have a remote for it because I bought it at yard sale without it. I used Comcast's remote control. I followed their "Searching For Your Code" instructions. #1-turn on your TV. #2-hold SET till red lite blinks twice. #3- enter 9-9-1. The red lite blinks twice. #4-press nd release the CH+ key until TV turns off. #5-once it turns off press SET key nd red lite will blink twice. #6-Now u have locked in ur code. Press power and TV should turn on. Then CH+,CH-,VOL+, and VOL- should work for ur TV.

You are going to find individual parts are not sold for the DVD only if available the complete unit----on a 13 inch unit cheaper to replace the unit itself.

If you get a cannot read disc etc either you have a dirty or a bad optical pickup unit in the player--it reads the disc etc.If bad cheaper to buy a new unit.

No way around this one: someone has to remove and open the unit to see what is wrong--anything from something is inside that does not belong or a mechanism out of position.Many times if opened the discs can be gently moved to clear the jam--in our shop we charge 5 dollars to open and look.

Some able to open the unit up would have to look at the mechanism inside to see if something that does not belong inside (coin etc) is jamming the mechanism.The mechanism could be out of alignment or have a damaged or bad part--on a unit like this one if bad likely not worth the cost of a major repair.SD TECH
