Installed athlon 64 x2 5200+
Well, I see two issues that this could possibly be the most likely is that your computer will not support the 5200 chip. The second is that the Video card has come unplugged. All the Documentation indicates the board uses a 3200 and there is no section for upgrading to a faster chip. The link below is a link to the Manual on your computer in pdf format.

Make sure the video card is properly installed and attempt to get into the BIOS to see if the CPU is recognized. If the BIOS fails to identify the CPU you are using it is not compatible with the motherboard and you will have to replace it. If you have any diagnostic lights activated then look up the sequence on page 48 of the manual I provided a link to. Only Dell Support could tell you if there is a jumper you can change to make this newer CPU work but I doubt that CPU is going to work in that computer. Name brand system are hard to upgrade because of this weakness.
Can i use AMD 64bit
AMD 64bit 3800+ is Socket 939 and MS-7142 Ver 1.0 motherboard is socket 754
How can i improve my video quality.
Your CPU frequency should read 2.7GHz
If you are using onboard graphics I suggest you upgrade to a graphics card, I recomend nothing less than an Nvidia 8600Gt 256mb 128bit.
If you are currently using a graphics card then download the drivers for it on the internet, google it.
Or if you are using an Nvidia Card click
here
Select the required information Circled in RED in the picture attached.

Looking for update drivers for
It was designed for today's systems so the Win7x64 would be the best choice.Problem being,64 bit apps are still lagging in catching up as far as volume. Cost will be the same with either version of 7,they're on the same disk if you buy the full retail version.
You could go cheaper by using XP,the rumors are already out about "Windows 8",it won't be named that.
You need to decide on your OS before you download your drivers.XP and 64 bit Win7 will not be the same.
Post back and let me know what you want to go with and I'll find it for you.

Computer hang-up when idle and while on handycafe mode
First, the supplier didn't need to replace the expensive motherboard. They likely did this because the graphics card was built into the motherboard. Rather than installing a video card into its own PCI slot, they got more money out of you by replacing the motherboard with another that had the graphics card built in.
This sounds like a processor issue. Try lowering the screen resolution. Right click an open area of the desktop, select properties, click the display tab. In the lower left of the box there is a settings slider, try lowering the settings and see if it gets better.
CPU is overheating
Either CPU is faulty, or the heatsink has lost aderence with the CPU surface or cooling power.
Standard
procedure is refitting or replacing cooling fan, in some rare occasion
is the CPU, but that is uncommon and can't be tested.
Another possible cause is the temp sensor on the motherboard that is faulty.
first ensure that is overheating and check temp sensor using
SpeedFan - Access temperature sensor in your computer.
Black screen with messege( ntldr is missing)
Hi,
If ntldr is missing either the computer is trying to boot off the wrong device(usb drive, floppy, memory chip, etc) or the boot sector on your harddrive may be damaged.
Remove any and all removable disks, including cd's/dvd's, reboot the computer and try again. If you get the same message then your harddrive is either corrupted(software problem) or damaged(physical failure).
Let me know how this works out, don't forget to unplug things like printers or cameras that have memory card reader, even if there's no chip in them.
Hope this helps, let me know if it doesn't and I can provide you with the next steps.
Chris
