well is the clip falling out

mine also leaked. took it to a store for repair and cound not do anything. After a year in the drawer, I took it out and took off the grip and then I got a jewelers screwdriver and tightened the gas seal. Now it works.

What i did was i get a screwdriver and inserted where the bbs go then push a little down so the metal would expand a little.Hope its helpful

The outside diameter... the barrel is housed in a muzzle. You would need to physically measure or contact Crosman for those details

there is a bleed off valve that prevents too much pressure. and there are rubber o-rings that can fail
