My son broke the spool pin and I can not find a
You didn't throw away the piece did you? You can get a fiberglass repair kit at the automotive store, mix a little up and use it as glue. You may have to tape it together for a little while but then it will be like new.
Spool Pin Broke off
Ask you local Singer dealer, be armed with the model number when you call.
Freestanding spool holders can be bought (or made.)
Bobbin thread will not stitch.
Have you had the machine serviced since you purchased it? This is something that should be done at least once a year.
Take the machine to a certified Singer dealer and explain what is happening. There may or may not be something that needs to be adjusted.
Your warranty is still in effect, but is now limited. Attempting to repair it yourself or having someone who is not a Singer dealer repair it will invalidate the remaining warranty.
It keeps getting tangled up here the bobbin is underneath and keeps getting jammed

check and adjust thread tension on needle and bobbin. It requires changing for different thread thickness.
Reverse Lever broke off
First of all, make sure that the machine is in straight stitch forward
position. If it is and you are still having a problem, take the top of
the machine off and blow hot air from a hair dryer down towards the
reverse mechanism. That will unfreeze it.
Somethings wrong with the bobbin, it knots up on the back of material

1. Change the needle--use a needle that's for the fabric being sewed
2. Rethread the machine--top --make sure to use every thread guide
3. try a different bobbin--make sure bobbin is inserted correctly into the bobbin case, & make sure the bobbin is turned the correct way in the bobbin case
4. make sure the thread has not come off the thread take up lever
5. Clean under the needle plate & in the bobbin area for lint or threads
