I cannot find a driver

There is no driver for analogue speakers. Possibly you need a driver for your sound device on that computer. Try another computer or other audio source on the speakers to verify they are working.

Problem with volume control

It's just "dirt" on the mechanical part of the volume-control. Either you take the speakers apart, and use denatured alcohol and Q-Tips(tm) to clean that part, or you replace the volume-control, or you replace the speakers.

My speakers aren't getting any power. I feel

Hello little richi,

I would suggest plugging your speakers into another outlet first to be sure that your speakers are the problem. I would then suggest to check and see if you can remove the power cord, which I would assume is universal and can bought at many retailers, and install a new one.

If the switch was the problem, this situation becomes more technical. You most likely would have to buy a new plug. There are electronics retailers such as Jameco and Newark. We're not talking about places like Best Buy and Walmart here. Jameco and Newark sell plugs that you would have to solder on to the wire. The plugs should be real cheap. If you know how to solder, all you would need to do is solder the wires on to the plug.

ONly my Left Speaker works

Can you check it on another computer and see whether it is a problem with the speaker or the plug, or the computer port or the software settings. Make sure it is turned on and the volume settings on the speaker and the operating system are right. Mute buttons are off. The cable connection is right. Power source is supplied to the speakers if any. If it is the speaker problem, you may seek warranty fix or do some circuit fix googling. If it is the computer, then you can perform a system restore to the date it worked or use the following link to check audio settings if you are using Windows.

Cracking and poping

Check all cable connections, make sure they're plugged in good and tight. If the noise happens when adjusting a volume knob, there is an aerosol spray sold at radio shack that will silence this problem. Otherwise, your speaker(s) may be blown.

I just hooked up s-120

You may have a ground loop. If you have a 3 to 2 prong adapter, try putting using that on the speaker cord and see if that persists. If you do not have have that adapter, test to see if it is a ground loop by plugging in a device that is not powered from the wall (Ipod, mp3 player etc.) - if there is no static under this configuration then purchase said adapter.
