It would be simpler to buy a new remote for the 321 system. Spares for this system are not very expensive. A remote will probably cost less than £20.

Sound drops out from the wireless subwoofer. The sound on your wireless subwoofer can drop out if there is interference or a physical obstruction between the soundbar and subwoofer. SOLUTION: This was happening to us for over 6 months, lately its every few minutes, i just figured out its due to faulty front touch pad, if you open the unit and remove front face of the player, remove the single small ribbon wire that connects to front touch pad, leave the other little ribbon wire as this is for the remote control IR receiver, only the remote control can work with this now obviously.

• Disc Optic is dirty / dusty. Clean it.
• Disc is scratched.

If the power cable is detachable, it should be a standard plug which is easy to find at goodwill, etc. or online. Very common cable for many home audio component. Probably look like figure eight. If not, you would have to open the unit.

You can buy a hdmi to rca female out convertor on ebay, you will also need rca cables red/white (audio) and yellow for video.

This TV does not have a headphone jack. It only has a optical digital audio output, Toslink. To connect this to most headphones, you'll need a digital to analog audio converter. Try unplugging it for 15 to 30 minutes and try again. Mine did this last year and unplugging it got it working again. I had to reconfigure the settings again.

Check to see if your phone's do not disturb is on. I had a phone that after repeated volume adjustments started turning it on without me realizing it.
