How to print envelopes
1.Buy envelopes at any office supply store. They come in all shapes, sizes, textures and colors, so choose ones that go with the type of invitation you are sending out.
2.Open Microsoft Word 2007 and click on the Mailings tab.
3.Click on Envelopes in the Create section.
4.Click on the Envelopes tab when the Envelopes and Labels box comes up. The box will probably come up with the Envelopes tab open, so you may not need to do this.
5.Enter the recipient's address in the Delivery Address box. Invitation envelopes should include the names of everyone invited--for example: Mr. and Mrs. Smith, Mrs. Smith and family. Don't worry about the font at this point--you can change it later.
6.Enter your return address in the Return Address box. As with the Delivery Address, you can change the font later.
7.Click on Options. Use the drop-down menu in the Envelope Options tab to change the size of the envelope if needed. The packaging of the envelopes that you purchased will have information about the size of the envelopes. It is very important that you choose the correct size so that the envelopes print correctly.
8.Adjust the font of the delivery and return addresses. Click on Font in each section and change the font style or size. You can also bold, italicize or choose other options regarding the font.
9.Adjust the placement of the delivery and return addresses on the envelopes. In each section, click the arrows in the "From left" or "From top" boxes. In the preview section below, you can see the movement of the addresses as you adjust the placement. Line up everything so that it looks good to you.
10.Click on the Printing Options tab. This is important because you must select how you feed the envelopes into your printer. Choose the correct way that they are fed, whether they are fed into the printer face up or face down, and if they should be fed in manually. This will all depend on your specific printer. Consult your owner's manual for this information if you are unsure. Click OK and you will return to the Envelopes and Labels box.
11.Insert the envelopes into your printer. Click Print once you have everything formatted and arranged how you want. You should print one envelope first to make sure the layout is correct. Once you've confirmed it printed correctly, print all your envelopes.

I have a Canon PC 740 photocopier about 8years
Hiya, Ive got one of these copiers, but its out on loan to a charity but I seem to remember that inside there was a switch / slidebar that you could alter that adjusted the darkness of the copies, also there is the slide switch on the top of the copier on the front panal, try adjusting that, but when you need to do that you have to press the button next to it so it goes in to a manual mode.
Good luck
Steve

Scanner canon dr6030 cants pull the paper
Troubleshoot this issue step by step:
Check the Feed Selection Lever:
Ensure that the Feed Selection Lever (located on the lower left side of the front of the scanner) is in the correct position (up) for separation.
Straighten the edges of the stack of documents to be scanned.
Set the document guides so they are wider than the document to be scanned.
Place the documents face up into the feed tray, ensuring they touch the document stoppers.
Clear Any Jammed Paper:
Be careful when removing jammed paper to avoid cuts.
Remove any documents that have been left in the eject tray.
Close the document eject tray.
If the document ejection is stopped partway, perform this operation with the document eject tray extension open.
Hold the upper unit as shown in the diagram and open it to the point where you can remove the jammed document. The pickup roller is located in the middle of the upper unit. Do not hold the protrusion on the upper unit when opening it, as it may deform the pickup roller or cause a feeding error.
Close the feeder cover.
If the jam occurred in the feed section, pull the document out carefully without applying too much force. Be sure to remove any torn parts remaining in the scanner.
Close the upper unit slowly, ensuring it clicks into place. Do not force it to close, as this may damage the scanner.
After removing the jammed paper, check if the last page was scanned, and then continue scanning.
Rapid Recover System:
If a paper jam occurs when the "Rapid Recover System" is enabled in the ISIS/TWAIN driver settings, the image of the document is not saved, and scanning stops. You can continue scanning from the document that caused the paper jam after fixing the issue.
Additional Considerations:
Make sure the pickup rollers retract when the machine is powered on.
Check that the stopper plates are in the down position.
Verify that the upper unit is completely closed after clearing the jam.
Remember to handle the scanner components carefully to avoid damage. If the issue persists, consider seeking professional assistance or contacting Canon support for further guidance
I have a problem with my canon printer g3411. It has an error P03 but no paper jam. How do I solve my problem
Error P03 on a Canon printer typically indicates a paper jam, even if you cannot physically see any jammed paper. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Carefully check the paper tray and inside the printer for any jammed paper or debris.
- Remove any jammed paper or debris you find.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
- Attempt to print again.
If you don't see any paper jammed in the printer, there are a few other things you can try to resolve the error P03:
- Try resetting the printer. To do this, turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for a few minutes before plugging it back in and turning it on.
- Check the ink cartridges and make sure they are properly seated and have enough ink.
- Clean the printer's rollers. Rollers are the small rubber wheels inside the printer that move the paper through the printer. Over time, dust, debris, or ink can build up on the rollers and cause paper jams. Cleaning the rollers can help resolve the issue.
- Try to update the firmware of the printer. Sometimes, a firmware update can resolve the issue.
- Check the printer's settings, ensure that the size of paper loaded match the size of paper set in the settings.
If the problem persists after trying these steps, you may want to contact Canon support for further assistance.
How to slove error e732-001 of canon ir 3225
The E732-001 error on a Canon iR 3225 indicates an issue with the fixing assembly temperature. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve this error:
Reset the Condition:
Enter service mode by pressing the following sequence on the control panel: COPIER > FUNCTION > CLEAR > ERR.
This will reset the error condition. If the message disappears, your printer is ready to use. If this doesn't work, there may be a hardware problem as addressed below.
Replace the Main Thermistor:
The main thermistor is responsible for temperature sensing. If it's faulty, it can trigger the E732-001 error.
Consider replacing the main thermistor to resolve the issue.
Check the DC Controller PCB:
If the problem persists, inspect the DC controller PCB for any defects or malfunctions.
Replacing the DC controller PCB may be necessary.
Remember to turn off the printer before performing any maintenance tasks. If the error persists or if you need further assistance, I recommend contacting your local authorized Canon dealer or the Canon Customer Support Center for professional service
