forget the headset turn bluetooth off turn the headset device off reboot phone. try again

have you tried plugging the device into different ports to see if its recognized. also try installing new hardware through windows to see if it gets recognized

Go to Broadcom's website and download their Bluetooth drivers. They made the original drivers for Jabra (I think).

The solution from 2 years ago doesn't work.... It's October 2010 now... I went to Broadcomm's website and download their fix:

i need the software to install

Go to the Broadcom website to get their driver update installer. The link is http://www.broadcom.com/support/bluetooth/update.php Download the file to your computer. Make sure to follow the instructions to save and not run if you have Win 7. Attach you A320 to the computer and start the software. It will discover your device, validate, and install the correct drivers. I did this and then paired my computer and Motorola VU204 phone as a test. All was working. Now I just need a pair of stereo headphone so I can go wireless.

Assuming you're trying to install the right drivers for your OS (32bit / 64bit), you can google readydriverplus, which just automatically turns off driver signing at bootup - helps with stuff like peerguardian. I used it in Vista and it seems to work fine w/ Windows 7. Just a thought.

very simple
1. get a friend who has a cd rom on their computer
2. copy the setup files from your cd to thier computer
3. copy setup files from their computer to a USB drive
4. connect USB drive to you notebook
5. install software
6. enjoy

try othrer usb port of your computer.
allport check if same problem.then check if u have other u sb device when u connect it pproper working or not.if othe rusb device is also not work then may be your usb connection to mother bord are rong.
or on bord usb are not working properly.
try all usb port for checking.
also front and back usb port.

for installation if it asks for pin turn around the cd cover and in bar code sticker u ll find it to connect to the mobile or to bluetooth devices for eg: if u enter 0000 in in ur computer same to be entered in the mobile and u will be paired to the device and u ll be able to use it
