The C key will clear just your last entry. The CA key will clear everything, so you would have to start over from the beginning.

How do you change the ink ribbon?
One the right hand side of the ink roller there is a little tab on the plastic, if you put your finger under that tab you can easily lift out the ink roller & replace it with the new one.....it snaps into place.

There is a button in a vintage textbook showing a
Followed by a digit key, it probably set the display to fixed decimal notation with the specified number of digits following the decimal point.
No, it didn't magically fix a broken calculator :-)

New Tax Rate
Turn it off and on to print mode, hold down the %(set) button until it prints something. Then type in ur new tax rate (8.75% would be 8.75) and push tax+.

I can not figure out how to load the tape.
It looks a lot like my Canon. I cut a nice straight edge on the paper feed it in where the paper normally goes and hit "Feed". Your key for feed may be an arrow or something different. Hope it helps.

How do I change ink cartridge on HR-100TM Casio
the G24 ribbon is having 2 round shape casing. u need to take it out from the knob. but be careful when u install a new ribbon, make sure u slot in the ribbon in correct way

Need to change the tax rate
Refresh the calculator by turning off then turning on, then press % key (SET) for a few second, then enter 8.75, then press TAX+ key.
