We would be happy to help. We currently do not have any codes specifically for your Toshiba D-VR600, we would recommend performing a power scan. If there is a code that is compatible with your TV the power scan will find it.

Power scan instructions: Step 1: Press and hold the TV mode button until all mode button back lights illuminate, then release. Step 2: Press and release the Power button. Step 3: Press the Up button once a second while pointing the remote at the desired equipment. If the code for the equipment comes up, the equipment will power off.Step 4: Press the pound (#) button. If the code entered is valid for the remote, the mode light flashes three times. After doing the power scan please remember to put the remote back into SAT mode. Hi
Please unplug TV from AC outlet and replug it after 5 minutes then check HDMI port.
you've been pulling it in and out, it shouldn't go bad. I assume you've checked to be sure it's properly connected.
HDMI has a function called HDCP. The TV source and TV have a conversation over it to make sure that only an approved device (your TV) is connected to the cable. This is for copyright protection reasons.
Have you recently connected a new source (cable box, DVD player, whatever)?
Your problem can be in the TV, the cable or the source.
Try substituting for each to determine what's failed.
Please chek this sites to have an indepth knowledge about the problem you are facing.

DVD/VCR user manual

Hey Arasimo,

According to information provided by the manufacturer, a replacement copy of the owner's manual for your Toshiba D-VR610 should be obtainable through one of three distributors. Please keep in mind that the distributors may each only serve a specific region of the country, so you may wish to refer to the following webpage for more information:

http://www.tacp.toshiba.com/customersupport/parts_accessories.asp

You should be able to find a drop-down box mid-page that allows you to choose whether you are in the Western, Central or Eastern portion of the U.S. Once you've chosen your region, the page should display the name, telephone number and other contact information for the distributor that serves that area.

Hope this helps you out.

Sincerely,
Aaron
