The rip on the copier is flashing FF and I am not able to print
Hello. The FF is a hexadecimal number that means the rip did not boot properly. There are buttload of reasons why this my be but lets try this. Power off the copier and the Fiery emulator (rip).Power on the copier only and let it reach aready condition. Then energize the rip and watch the same display that showed the FF.It may take a minute or two as it goes thru its boot/diagnostics,but we hope you dont get the FF again. Now I am assuming that what we are talking about is a previously configured system that had been working fine until recently. If this is so,and the rip does not operate correctly after the directions I just gave then you probably need to re-load the rip's system software.

Unfortunately you need a tech, unless you are a handyman.
there is a problem with the fuser,
either the thermistor ( heat regulator)
the thermofuse ( fuse)
or the heat lamp has gone bad

Colors are off registration
this problem can sometimes cause by uncalibrated machine upon replacement of major parts such as assemblies. or parts related to fusing, developing of drum related parts
mis registration of colors can appears if you machine isnt calibrated nor cleaned correctly, try going throug a resetting or set up procedure from your maufacturers manual
this would surely resolve your problems

Canon IR 8500 Error code E000069-0000
You have a high-voltage leak to the transfer corona. This could be due to several different things, usually it's a dirty corona, maybe excessive dust or toner in the corona assembly. Toner conducts electricity and can leak voltage from the transfer corona to the frame. It may also be the "end-blocks," the thing in the back of the machine into which the transfer corona plugs when you close the drawer and lift up on the green handle. These crack and can cause intermittant failure.
I would start by taking a can of air and thoroughly blowing out the corona assembly and see what that does for you...
